Corby’s Club!

Corby is WILDNorth’s beloved animal ambassador — a sharp‑witted, curious, and endlessly charismatic Common Raven whose story has inspired thousands. As a fledgling, she was taken in by a kind‑hearted woman who cared for her with the best of intentions for a few weeks, however this was not the best thing for Corby.  When Corby arrived at WILDNorth, it quickly became clear she loved humans far too much and no matter what the team did to help prepare her for release back into the wild, she had imprinted on people.  This made her return to nature unsafe for her.

Today, Corby plays a vital role in our mission. She often accompanies our team to educational events, greeting the public with her signature head tilt and helping people of all ages connect with the wildlife we protect. Her presence sparks curiosity, compassion, and a deeper understanding of why keeping wildlife wild truly matters.

Corby’s Club was created in her spirit, steady, thoughtful, and full of heart. Monthly donors become part of the community that supports the daily work Corby sees from her favorite perches: rescues, treatments, feedings, releases, and the quiet moments of care in between. Members receive a welcome package, quarterly updates featuring stories and behind‑the‑scenes glimpses, and an annual invitation to our Cake & Coffee with Corby gathering. By joining Corby’s Club, you’re not just supporting wildlife, you’re joining Corby in championing a healthier, more compassionate world for the animals who share our home.
