Kendra began volunteering for WILDNorth in 2017 and has worn many hats along the way. In her first summer she held a duel internship, splitting her time between animal care and helping in the office with events and marketing. Currently she predominantly provides animal care but continues to assist with educational programming. Conservation and education are her main passions in life, and she is elated to be able to do both through WILDNorth. She hopes to one day inspire many to be as passionate about the preservation of species in need as she is. Kendra received her undergraduate degree in biology from MacEwan university, and volunteers in the ornithology department at the Royal Alberta Museum.
